Description
The Regional Construction Standards is a reference document that is intended to address horizontal improvements in public rights of way. The sixth edition of the Regional Construction Standards was published in 2016 with the support of the cities and counties that make up the region of Hampton Roads, VA along with the Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD), major water supply purveyors, and the Hampton Roads Utility and Heavy Contractors Association (HRUHCA). This module is intended to train users on the components of and how to utilize the Regional Construction Standards for public works projects. In order to receive a certificate, users must complete the training module. This module is eligible for 1.0 CEU. This course should be taken after Part 1,
